To put some meat on the NIL bone, would anyone care to post factual information on the amounts of NIL money that BIG 18 basketball teams, or other P5 schools have to spend per season. Not any "I heard that" stuff, but verified facts. Maybe someone has this information, but if they do I haven’t actually saw it.

What you are asking for is impossible because there is so much unknown associated with NIl/Pay for play.

Thank you. That was exactly the point of this post. There is no known compilation for amounts anywhere. But most on GH post as if that data exists!

Not that I know of. It seems that most believe that men's buckets got about a million of the 7 million.

The only thing I saw some time ago was not broken down by particular sports. I think one thing that probably hurts basketball NIL funding here is that this state has widespread, long-standing and enthusiastic historical support for college hockey. This isn't an issue for the majority of Big Ten teams because only 6 conference schools field hockey teams.
