This is a very good get for a PWO. Better than any one is last years PWO class and over the summer was a guy that was legitimately considered for a scholarship.

Scout also lists Cornell and Dayton offers. With the exception of punter Jacob Herbers from last year, no one had any D1 offers in last years PWO class.

Makes me wonder if maybe he had an academic scholarship here. Hard to turn down a full ride.

for the benefit of those who do not follow recruiting religiously, can you tell us something about Kramer? position?

Transferred from Providence to Wayzeta for his senior year. Worked out at OLB and DE at the gophers camp for the summer. 6-4, 225.

After looking at the film, he moves well. Big question - can he put on 20+ pounds and keep the quickness? In other words, is he best suited for DE or LB?

Frankly, I'm getting a little tired of all the undersized DE's the Gophs seem to bring in. I know that finding good DL recruits is tough, but I'd really like to see more size on the D-Line.

If you play football at the division one level you can't have and academic scholarship. You can only have a football scholarship or be a walk-on but if either of those apply to you are not eligible for an academic scholarship.

Congrats Nick ! You will have a great shot at earning a scholarship !
