First, the actual mock:

http://www.nfl.com/draft/story/0ap1...sevenround-mock-forecasts-every-pick-1-to-254

And then, some analysis:

http://www.coachingsearch.com/home/...-most-fewest-picks-in-7-round-mock-draft.html

"Here are the BCS schools without any selected players in the mock draft.

Ole Miss
Northwestern
Minnesota
Indiana
Boston College
Texas Tech
Temple

Again, another trend. Three of the seven BCS schools without a pick in the mock are from the Big Ten. In addition, Iowa and Michigan have one projected pick each. The conference is led by four picks each from Ohio State and Michigan State."

The Big Ten? :(

Gophers?

And how long has it been since the Big Ten had a QB chosen in the first round?! I believe at least ten years, if not more, although two of the top QBs in the NFL are from the Big Ten (Brees and Brady).

It really is amazing how few top end Big Ten prospects there are.

Go Gophers!!

Especially the past few years there has been very little high end talent coming out of the Big Ten, especially at the skill positions. Very strange when you look up and down Big Ten Rosters and see very few great players at the WR and RB position.

Wow...

...and I would be disappointed if that was the Vikings draft (please no Manti Teo)

The majority of mock drafts I have seen have the Vikes taking Te'o at 23 or 25. I really don't think they will take him. We'll soon find out.

I predict the Vikes will take a DT with a 1st rd pick and trade down with the other.

The Vikes have a lot of needs and they won't fill them all in this draft. They could surprise with their early picks. OG, WR, CB, DT, S or LB.

It was more fun when the first 3 rds were on Wed daytime and rest were on Thurs; and all you guys were at work.

Is it possible that the first overall pick will be from Central Michigan? I wonder what his college offer list looked like? :D

Brew's chilli should be less hot than normal watching this draft...

Alabama has had 13 first-round draft picks over the last 4 years, which is the same number as the entire Big Ten combined in that span.
