Gotta admit I kind of smirked when I first saw CDH took down Apple Valley.

Now hope Ol Roy takes Duke to the woodshed next year.
 

Sounded like he got hurt with game decided in second OT. Haven't heard further.
 


CDH will be very good next year with Nueman, Rosga and Cornell coming back

I am well aware. That is way I responded to the two loss comment and not the favorite to be state champs comment.

De La Salle will probably win for 3A, I haven't had the chance to watch them. Now my bet for 4A is Hopkins.

I have watched Tyus in person a half dozen times and in only one game did he just blow me away with how he played. I was far more amazed by El-Amin in HS.
 

Wide open AAAA tournament now. Beside Hopkins you'll likely have Lakeville North, Tartan and now Cretin as possible state champs.
 

Bit of a battle up in Monitcello as Buffalo beats St. Cloud Tech in 5 overtimes.

I don't think that is true. Apple Valley only won the State tournament in 2013, they didn't win in 2012. That would mean that they, at minimum, lost to a MN team in the playoffs.

If you listen to the women (bad mistake, I know) talking while everyone is down that is what one of them is saying quite matter-of-factly. I realize it is not true but it is just annoying to listen to people that don't know what they are talking about.

Who is the Jones of whom you speak? Never heard of him, most likely will never see him play. Also, what is Duke? Do they have a BB team?

My thoughts exactly. "Injury" looked more like hurt feelings, fatigue, and giving up. I'm sure his "friend" Okafor will give him a comforting hug.
