New Notre Dame unis

What?! How will we ever know when Notre Dame is playing now?! All this change is so confusing!

We've reached "peak offseason doldrums."

If you guys think that looks bad take a look at the new plaid helmets of the Ottawa redblacks

And for the next 7 days, the peak will be raised, right?

True. It's probably just exponential until kick-off.
10 minutes before kick-off, we'll have threads about which plastic in Field Turf is more superior.
(No offense to the OP... I'm just being silly)

They change their uni for one game a year with the Shamrock Series. Outside of that they about as traditional as they come. Honestly for as much as I don't like Notre Dame I do like the way they handle the whole uniform thing, managing to preserve the classic look while still making a change once a year to something fun that the players like.

They only making the change for 1 game only. the classic uniforms will be use in all other games.

Yep, I should have read the entire article before posting - its just for the Purdue game. Got it.

Things I don't care about: #1. Notre Dame.

Bigger problem is going with those awful fluorescent yellow helmets instead of the classic old gold look.

Just so long as ND doesn't wear this logo ever at TCF bank stadium...because of it's offensiveness. logo-notre-dame.jpg

That Shamrock Series uni looks like they stole Pitt's design and colors. Maybe that's the kind of program ND aspires to be.
