When you come into a program you need to be a hard a$$ (get rid of the trash, get them to class) then you can start seeing results and having fun.

He was talking about how early on they were focused on discipline and zero tolerance to get the programmed on the right track, and now that it is moving they can focus on the support and building team and showing more love. Less yelling, more teaching.

I've taken over several failing businesses and it is always the same...the only way to turn it around is to be hard core,no exceptions and get rid of a bunch of people and bring in your own people.

From the amount of facetime Cobb has been getting on these last few episodes, i'm guessing he will be one of our reps to Big Ten days next year. He's pretty well spoken and seems like he would be a good representative of the University.

I agree. That's part of the fun, too. Sometimes your stars aren't the most well-spoken, but they're here in college to be coached up. I've seen some brutal interviews with freshman and the same kid as a senior do a great job. I think that's what this is all about. A tiny percentage are going to be pro athletes.
