In addition to the Basketball Forum, the Football Forum, and the Other Gopher Sports Forum, can the mods add a "Discuss Star Rankings Forum".

Hey, if you can devise a college football system wherein the schools don't have to rely on recruiting, I'm all for it. Minnesota would be better off in a system where talent is divided equitably among schools. Until then, it's only mildly important to discuss.

We all know it is absolutely impossible to evaluate talent. This is why football coaches make no effort to recruit, and instead select players from the student body at random and suit them up.

I think there is a greater demand to start a Local media sucks forum. This would leave people a place to complain about every article written by the local media that doesn't paint the gophers in a positive light. I would venture there are almost as many posts complaining about the writer of an article than talking about the actual points or content of the article.

That is BS. Commentors to any article or blog never complain about anything. Comment sections would be so much more interesting and entertaining if complaints were allowed.
