New food at TCF

New this season, TCF Bank Concession Stands will be offering a signature Cheddar Cheese Bratwurst on a Pumpernickel Bun topped with a Secret Sauce at Gopher Football games.
 



Everytime I hear "secret sauce" I always think of the scene in Fast Times at Ridgemont High where the two fast food workers are comparing notes. They give up the secret sauce recipe to each other: one is thousand island dressing, and the other is mayo mixed with ketchup.
 

You just won't be able to buy it for all the same reasons you couldn't get a hot dog last year....
 


I just pray that the secret sauce isn't something pantherhawk is stirring with his light-saber.
 

That will never happen - the temperature of his light-saber would vaporize the secret sauce.

And when I hear Fast Times at Ridgemont High, all I can think of is Phoebe Cates. :clap:
 


The perfect food at TCF would be the Pronto Pup. It's a Minnesota original, and, being on a stick, it's convenient and neat. I'd love to see the juicy lucy available.
 

That brat sounds worth a try. I'll definitely nab one at the home opener. RR - I like your idea about the Jucy Lucy. Anybody know if Mayslack's is still gonna have their beef sandwich this year?
 



All I know is there will be long lines, the brat will be cold, and they'll run out of buns.

I'll stick to tailgating food as well.
 


Lefty was always a big Phoebe Cates fan.
