It's a couple miles from O'Hare, right near a couple of hotels I sometimes stay at. I was really surprised when I noticed it - very nondescript.

Same here. It was the kind of a place you'd expect to have a sign that says, "Midway Office Solutions" with a little xerox logo in the corner.
