Don't turn on BTN right now...you'll just get hooked and be disappointed in the end.

Got it on! Not sure I would want the Cornhuskers to win, like kicking a hornets nest and the Gophers play them soon. Another thought, who do I dislike more? 20-25 Michigan at the half.

Game very similar to our NW game - crummy team slowing down a much better team for a half..

My brain tells me to root for Michigan to lose any game they play giving the Gophers a better chance at the Big Ten title, but I would also like to see a top 5 matchup happen at the Barn...

So you have mixed emotions!!! Kind of like the mixed emotions I had when my mother in law drove my new Cadillac off a cliff.

Agreed

So, is that the best possible outcome from that game? Michigan wins and will be #2 or #1, but looks beatable?

It kind of depends. If we want to ensure our best bet for a Big Ten title, it would have been nice if Michigan had gone down. If we want to root for the outside chance of a 1/2 matchup, then I guess it's better that Michigan won.

Personally, I was rooting like hell for Nebraska.

Just watched the recap on BTN. Huskers kept it close until late, but not one single Nebraska highlight was aired. Talk about a red-headed stepchild in their new conference.

+1, I saw that as well. They showed about half a dozen Michigan highlights and all I noticed was that Nebraska was always within a few, yet the announcers never even mentioned it. I think it was 47-42 with 6 minutes left at the last highlight, and this game was in Ann Arbor against Nebraska. Somebody is gonna beat Michigan soon. Hopefully it's the Gophers.

Just one opinion. I want Michigan undefeated and hopefully #1 in the country when they visit next Thursday. Doesn't get any bigger than that for a home team/crowd, especially one that has defeated its first three conference opponents (two of which were ranked) by an average margin of 16 points. Bring it on.

But first, beat Indiana.
