I realize it won't be announced until next week, but does anyone have any insider information or announcements from the TV networks that could serve as clues? Would be nice to get a 2:30 PM start.

Three cool links related to this...

Weekly TV schedule put together by Matt Sarz: http://mattsarzsports.com/Schedule/Weekly/football2015/7#.VgnwZCBViko

You can check out Week 6 or Week 5 by hitting "Previous Week" on the top of the page.

Cool summary of the timeslots available by week. Formatting is brutal... but solid information.

Seems like Michigan and Michigan State would be a likely choice for the 2:30 PM ABC game on 10/17.

If I had to make an uneducated guess I bet we'll play Nebraska at 11 AM on ABC or ESPN, or at 2:30 PM on ESPN2 or BTN.

Selfishly believing it will be 11 am, because I have to put up with something else in the afternoon

Hard to imagine another 2:30 start for the Gophers. We just got one for Purdue the week before.

There's already one BT 7:00 game announced on ESPN/ABC. Michigan/Michigan State will get the 2:30 ABC treatment. Can't see anything other than 11:00 for this game, likely on ESPN or BTN. Purdue @ Wisconsin will be a BTN game at 11:00. Iowa/NW could be either BTN or ESPN at 11:00 depending on the results from this week.

Since Michigan is on eastern time and we are on central, it would make sense to put Mich-MSU on at noon there, and Minn-Neb on at 2:30 central. But that would make too much sense.

That's not how it works. ABC will put the game they feel will draw the most eyeballs at 2:30. End of story.

I would be surprised if BTN has multiple games at 11:00. They will likely have on at 2:30 as well.

Yeah I think they only do that early in the year during the non conference schedule.

I'm hoping it's 11AM. Have the zombie pub crawl taking up my entire afternoon/night...

Thanks for the clarification. It is nice to hear from you! By the way, since you left the weather has been perfect. I can't say the same about station19 but even he has been better. Take care.
