Haha - true. It is pretty amazing how one guy can make that much of a difference but we just saw it last year!
IMO - If Fleck doesn't pull the trigger on the DC coordinator when he did we o-fer the rest of the season and we are having much different conversations right now.

THAT different.

It's tough to can a coordinator halfway through the season but sometimes you have got to do it. May not be such a good call in hiring the guy in the first place but a great call in making the change when it wasn't working out and moving on.
