NBC reporter in Lexington, KY writes "Open Letter to Coach Cal"

From the letter, quoting a fan on a post-game radio show:

"I love Coach Cal, but I'm starting to question if he can coach," said a very nice sounding lady.

And from the reporter himself who is giving Cal advice:

"Since I see you yelling all the time, I would try a very quiet conversation with the team. I would almost whisper and sound like a friend, not a coach. But, you might have already tried that.

Bottom line is, you pride yourself in helping your teams get better. This team hasn't improved the way it should have, and that's on you. And I say that with the thought process that you are one of the best coaches going. But, even the best coaches have seasons that didn't work out."

Pitino averaged 27-6 over 8 seasons. That oughta be pretty good no matter where it is.

Kentucky this year is the type of team you lose sleep over if you really care about making your bracket picks accurate. They have more talent than 90% of the teams in the tournament, but you just don't know what team will show up - they could go out in the first round or go to the Elite 8 if they get a favorable draw.
