per Sandell:
It's rare to be left with more questions than answers in a victory, but that was the problem facing head coach Jerry Kill and the Minnesota Gophers on Saturday after holding on for a 10-7 win against Kent State.
With a tougher two-game opening stretch against TCU and Colorado State behind them, the Gophers (2-1) embarked into the softest portion of their schedule back home against a sub-par non-conference foe. It was a key opportunity for the offense to regain much-needed confidence and momentum after an inconsistent start to the year.
Instead, a wholly uninspiring showing from the offense only deepened worries revolving around the group's longevity this season.
