Naming rights for coaches and AD's?

Does this mean we may one day see Norwood Teague take the title of "Case IH Athletics Director?"

I see it like any other endowed chair at a college.

If someone gives an endowment for a particular job, their name should go with the job.

At the U, there are endowed professorships like the ones here in CEHD: CHED Endowed Chairs. Notice the last chair, set up by the Cannon Man himself.

Yale's football coach is an endowed chair, and is named as such

I wonder who it would have been for Maturi? Here's some possibilities:

10. D. Tenny Sanford

9. Ultimate Electronics

8. Krusty Korporation

7. Sew What!

6. GoDaddy

5. Moe's Tavern

4. Groupons

4. The Onion

3. B1G2Go

2. Mr. Sparkle

1. AggieVision

Yeah, Stanford has been doing this forever.

David Shaw, The Bradford M. Freeman Director of Football/Head Coach
Bernard Muir, The Jaquish & Kenninger Director of Athletics

Many of their faculty hold similar titles:
B. Douglas Bernheim
Edward Ames Edmonds Professor of Economics

And guess what, they've gotten a TON of money out of the deal.

How much to name the AD? $10mm and I change Norwood's name to John or Steve?
