Didn't know where to put this so I started a new string.

The attached article about Rodney Smith and Jonathan Celestin is very interesting. It mentions that Smith is also a baseball player. The following quote about his potential professional career is a little concerning:

“But before he arrives at Minnesota, Smith will play his final season on the baseball team. He is one of the top infielders in the state, and will likely be drafted in the June Major League Baseball draft. If drafted high enough, Smith might forgo college for a professional baseball career.”

Maybe an opportunity to play baseball here?
 

The article doesn't actually say he's considering playing pro baseball instead of coming to the U if he is drafted. But if he's good enough to be drafted, then playing baseball for the Gophers might not be a bad idea.
