All 12 teams are in action this week with some huge games.

Michigan at MSU- Can MI bring MSU back to the pack?
MN at IN- Can the Gophers pick up that 3rd win in the B1G?
NU at UN- Can the Cats finish off Pelini or does the NU slide continue?
WI at IA- How good is Wisconsin?
OSU at PUR- Bloodbath
IL at PSU- Which team wants it more after being destroyed last week?

If MN, MSU, NU, & IA win, there would be four teams at 3-2 in the conference in the Legends Division.

Interesting Saturday of games.

As a Gopher fan, for the slim chance we have to compete for a division title, we need to root for Michigan and Northwestern this weekend. I won't go so far as to say we need to root for Wisconsin, because I would never say such a thing.

If the Badgers beat Iowa and MSU beats Michigan, I'll be completely sold on both teams. Certainly measuring-stick games for both squads, probably more so for the Badgers because they're on the road vs. a solid opponent. MSU should handle Michigan with relative ease.

Iowa is in our division. Wisconsin is not. While our chances are slim to win out, if we have any hope of a Legends title, we need Iowa to lose another game. There may not be many more opportunities and we may very well need Iowa to knock off Michigan or Nebraska. Since I care for neither, I have no problem pulling for Wisconsin in this case. Especially if it makes a potential matchup against them in 3 weeks that much more meaningful.

Oh, I know. I just can't bring myself to say I'm rooting for Wisconsin. Feels ... dirty.

That is kind of like trying to decide who is the lesser of two evils, right?

Yes, absolutely. I won't 'root' for them, I guess... I'll root for Iowa to lose? How's that?

Whiskey-Iwoa is what I call a plane crash game.

It's like if someone asked you if you'd rather get punched in the face or kneed in the groin.

Is there anyway both of those teams can lose?

The game is at East Lansing, but I highly doubt, with MSU's anemic offense, that they will beat UM with ease. If UM doesn't turn the ball over I would actually expect UM to beat MSU on Saturday.

Here's to hoping the little o gets steamrolled by the Boilermakers!!! Ha!

The Gophers are effectively 1/2 game back of Iowa and Nebraska, and 1 1/2 back of Michigan and MSU. If Gophers, Badgers, Spartans and Cats win, Gophers would be in 3rd needing just one more loss each from MSU and Michigan to control their destiny.

I'm hoping for a salmonella outbreak at the stadium.

I undersold Sparty. Relative ease was too kind. I should have said they'll manhandle Michigan
