MN vs Iowa tailgate

so myself and some friends of mine (all Gopher fans) are coming down for the iowa game and needless to say we're all pretty pumped about the game. what i wanted to do (since several have never been to tcf) was get a tailgate pass to either lot 37 or ski u mah. i know they're pricey and everything, but i thought this might be a chance to make an impression to help get some guys more into the u and into buying more tickets for more games. so i humbly post this before all of you asking for one of 2 options.

first, if any of you can't make it to the game, have an extra pass, or just would like to make a quick buck, we'd be willing to buy it off of you (keep in mind we're college students so don't ask for the moon in exchange).

or second, if one of you would be willing to allow us to tailgate with you, we would be more than willing to chip in with beer, food, some cash etc if we would be able to store our cooler, munchies, etc at your site. we are all college guys who are looking to drink and have a good time (respectfully... i hope anyways :cool: ) and enjoy ourselves from the start of tailgating and after the game until they kick us out/

so if any of you would be willing to do either option, feel free to pm me or post on here and we can try work something out. or if you're not cool with us crashing your site, i'd still love to get the chance to meet some fellow ghers so feel free to pm me with your site location and maybe i'll try swing by and meet you and meet the man (or woman) behind the moniker!

You should tailgate by the river its only 10$ to park! Lots of tailgating going on last Thursday there!

i know you are just trying to be helpful, but he specifically stated that he/they really want to be in lot 37 or ski-u-mah.

so can anyone with passes (or easy access to purchase passes) to either lot near the stadium help these guys out? i would if i could.....but i can't. sorry. :D
 

Just think of how packed a tailgate lot would be if the .341 Iowa gal was a special guest in attendance?

hey thanks anyways. i just figured this was one of the biggest collections of gopher fans around so it wouldn't hurt to ask.
 


we always have a big tailgate with lots of people, food and drinks. private message me if you would like more info.
 

I just tailgated at the East River Flats for the first time this past game. It was pretty awesome. There is a big grassy space in the middle so you can toss the football around. The lots close to the stadium are pretty great too!
