8 - The Golden Gophers' offensive line has been superb in pass protection this season, allowing a conference-low eight sacks. The line will be tested on Saturday against Michigan, which is tied for the Big Ten lead with 27 sacks.
11 - Much like Rutgers, Minnesota's quarterback play has been inconsistent all season. The Golden Gophers rank 11th in the Big Ten with 156.4 passing yards per game.
They turned to redshirt sophomore Demry Croft in the second quarter of the Michigan State game on Oct. 14, and he threw for 163 yards, three touchdowns and an interception on 11-of-20 passing. However, he has struggled outside of that, completing just 32 of 76 passes for 412 yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions this season. Senior Conor Rhoda hasn't fared much better, throwing for 839 yards, five touchdowns and four interceptions on 59-of-109 passing.
17 - The Golden Gophers' defense has forced 17 turnovers this season, which is second in the Big Ten. Junior Jacob Huff is tied for the conference lead with three interceptions.
23 - Michigan was won 23 of the past 25 games against Minnesota, but one of those losses came in 2014 by a 30-14 score.
47 - Sophomore Tyler Johnson has accounted for 47 percent of Minnesota's receiving yards this season. He has 31 catches for 591 yards, and has seven of the team's nine touchdown receptions.
