Thanks for posting. Good information all in one place.

Thanks for posting this information, interesting stuff regarding the in state kids. I browsed through it rather quickley but I don't believe I saw one kid considering a "walk on" status, preferred or otherwise, for the U. I sure hope coach Kill can enhance the walk on program at the U but he is fighting a very difficult battle here. Canada to the North, the Dakotas to the West with four FCS programs guarding the Dakota borders, not that there is much FBS tallent there anyway but they sure pilfer many of our walk on possibilities, Iowa to the South which also has an FCS program close to our border and then Wisconsin to the East. Not to mention the DII schools in state that get their fair share of athletes as well. It's kind of like we are land locked with the potential for walk on recruites.

There was a QB I saw play his Junior year - Jake Quast of Woodbury. I'm pretty sure he'd be a 2011 graduate. Anyone know if he's playing college ball? Anybody got any info?

He was getting quite a few looks but I think he got hurt a lot in his SR season. I don't think he's had any offers but I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up walking on somewhere.

Bob, how'd I know you'd come through?

Yeah, big kid, crafty game. I could see him being pretty good in the right program
