Seems like a good spot for him - he needed a fresh start but still has a lot of talent. If he can get past the dropsies, he still has potential to be a pretty darn good player. We had a deep core and he wasn’t going to have opportunity to work past that issue here… this is a case of the portal working well in my opinion.

MBS played his heart out for us, took a lot of hits where the pass led him into immediate contact, and made some big downfield catches. And he had some key drops and deflections. I want the best for him and hope that USF provides him the opportunity his hard work deserves.

I underestimated the quality of landing spots for MBS, Potts, and Wright by a lot! Kind of shows the improvement of the overall roster talent.

Hopefully it works out well for him. He took a lot of grief for some bad drops in key moments but he always seemed like a good kid.
