BTN is first out the gate:

Tom Dienhart: Minnesota 50, Purdue 13
Brent Yarina: Minnesota 40, Purdue 24

Still think the spread completely relies on the RO outcome. Hard to believe the fate of the D is so dependent on one players presence but I feel it is.

According to the fan poll results on voting we have the third largest at 92%. Indiana at 94% over Rutgers and Michigan 93% over Maryland at this point.

8% of fans are dinks.

3 predicted scores over 40 points.
This offense sucks, no one can argue that.

I predict Gophers score over 40 points against Minnesota Duluth, awesome offense! Hit me up in 4 weeks champ. Then I'll listen and gladly eat crow.

CFN weighs in: http://collegefootballnews.com/2016/purdue-minnesota-game-preview-prediction-line-tv

Purdue’s defense has gotten worse, while Minnesota’s offense has become even more efficient and effective on the ground. There’s still no passing game – the Gophers have just two touchdown passes against FBS teams this year – but the points are coming in bunches, scoring 30 or more in six games this year.

Minnesota is 6-0 when putting up 30, 0-2 when scoring fewer.

Purdue allows 40 points per game.

Final Score: Minnesota 38, Purdue 17

It is really good to see so many good people in this world of high moral character.

How is that relevant? Purdue is a Big Ten team. Moreover, the Gophers just hung 40 on a different Big Ten team, on the road. Are they supposed to apologize to you for that as well?

Greder chimes in:

PURDUE at GOPHERS, 2:30 p.m., BTN

Minnesota’s favorite recipe on offense is a teaspoon of pass and three tablespoons of run, run, run. During a three-game winning streak, they’ve run the ball on three out of every four snaps. The Gophers (6-2, 3-2) will be able to do that again against Purdue’s bad rushing defense. Gophers, 40-20

Go Gophers!!
