How did he not score after that missed FT????

He just need to go up and dunk!

Seems like his feet were glued to the floor tonight...no energy!

That play could have won it = they shoot 2 foul shots then and its over. FREE THROWS boys

Got to start Hollins from now on.......

It doesn't come down to one play or a few. It comes down to playing hard for 40 minutes instead of 5 minutes.

We have a lot of guys that play tentatively- Ralph and Williams just stand there on the perimeter with nobody on them. Are there two softer players mentally in the Big Ten?

Trevor just looked tired / weak tonight. No one really played with effort and fire all game except Hollins. He really stepped up and impressed. I'd like to see MN, if we are going to play Blake at PG, start Hollins over Colt, not because of anything Colton did, but then we have size of the bench as well as starting.

Then you have two shooters on the floor in Blake and Hollins, Rodney back at the 3, and Trevor and Ralph complimenting each other.

+1

Rodney shouldn't see the court again in any game that is in question. I'd rather give minutes to Dawson. His fundamentals are AWFUL and not at the level of Div 1 scholarship players...he travels nearly every time he touches the ball. He doesn't value the ball on rebounds and often has the ball stripped and taken away. His natural court sense is just not there. He's not a basketball player. I'm DONE with Rodney Williams!

Maybe the track and field coach can use him as a shot putter.

Exactly. Our guys just make things more difficult than they have to be. Even when they win they sometimes play scared with the ball. Too many players are just so unsure of themselves with the ball, Trevor included. They just can't seem to be "in control" enough to make easy shots. Mentally soft like you mentioned, which means the size only takes them so far.

I agree with not playing all 3 of the bigs at the same time. Play Trevor and Ralph 30 minutes each, and Colt 20. I'd rather see Chip play more with Hollins and Blake. He can get out of control sometimes but at least he goes hard to the basket. No one else does that very often.

I am assuming Rodney will continue starting. I think Tubby will stick to keeping the non-freshman in the lineup for the most part. I think Hollins might be the exception as he didn't play like a freshman tonight and it'd be nice to have size off of the bench.
