I think this kid is going to be very good in 1-2 years.. He already has great size for a Big Ten Tight End at 6'4 255 pounds and is only a red shirt freshman.. How much game action will he see this season?

Limited. Goodger and Plsek are 1-2.

He and duke both have a bright future. Maxx looks like he can play now.

Maxx will be used like Rabe was. He will catch a lot of short passes for first downs

Maxx Williams has Hagemans frame type and an athletic pedigree from both parents.

Williams has a mean streak and he should be on defense.
He Williams should learn from JJ Watt, that you don't always have to have the ball to become great at football.
He is missing his calling on defense, at end or DT. Watt started off a TE and they found him the right spot.
You can make a lot of money in football having long arms and the ability to get around people or knock down passes.
Williams continues to grow, and put weight on, he could have been an outstanding defensive
end or tackle if he would have chose to be on defense.

Hageman was recruited as a TE and made the switch. Why not?

He looked very good Saturday. So did Rodrick Williams, Campion and many others. Overheard a coach say he thought McDonald will be back in the fall.
