I just continue to be completely shocked that we're all fine spending this much money on what are very marginal improvements to student training and care, simply because everyone else is. Fine if private donors are giving money for this specific purpose (that they otherwise wouldn't donate), but when states are spending millions.. Such a poor allocation of dollars.
