Consistency and teamwork are what make a successful program. players and coaches. I do not give a damn how much they earn, give us a team of coaches that trust and honor each other and make the Gophers a FACTOR in the Big Ten (or 11 or 12) or whatever the hell it is.

Agreed, we didn't just hire a head coach we hired a coaching team. Everything should run much smoother than tradition coaching transitions because Kill will have pretty much the same staff.
