Nice news about Welch in there.....Smith said Welch has fully healed from an ankle sprain that caused him to miss the first exhibition game. He’s counting on Welch to help provide support off the bench.
 

It probably matters little who starts at this point. A few games will sort it out. I have a hunch that better defense will win Tubby over as far as minutes are concerned. I don't really think either Julian or Andre has a real advantage over each other as far as PG duties are concerned. I just hope that Mav "on his own merits" gets to play more than 10 minutes per game, which would make our rotation more flexible.
