Lunardi's Monday bracket

No shocker, Gophers have fallen completely off Lunardi's map.

Joey Brackets and I differ on two at-larges at this point. He has Alabama and Baylor in, in their place I have Clemson and Colorado.

Sad, sad state of affairs that the Gophers have dropped behind Alabama, Baylor and Clemson. Colorado's the only one of these 4 that has proven itself significantly vs. top teams (5 top-50 wins). The rest have 2.

Talking about those 4 teams as at-larges makes me want to throw up.

You can only imagine how us Gopher fans feel.

If either Memphis or Wichita State get in as at-larges, those are the ones that will really make me puke. They are the epitome of the "weak bubble".

But no complaints here. We've choked away our opportunities to be cinch for the NCAA field. Even with our personnel losses, there's zero excuse for this Gopher team not having enough wins right now to have a spot all but locked up. It all started with the gag @ Indiana. ...

How sickening. We really have about a 2% chance now and that is so sad after how the year started.

Heart. It takes some to win close games. Make a defensive stop. Give up no offensive rebounds in the last 3 minutes. Make a tough shot, or score when it is needed. Didn't happen.

Not reall sad IMO. All this gopher team had to do really was finish 8-10 and not pick up a bad loss in the conference tourney. They still could do that, but it looks very unlikely. If they can't they don't deserve to get in.
