Lucia earns WCHA offensive player of the week

Actually, I'm hoping it's something else that contributed to his big weekend. Lucia has been a hard worker and hustler since his freshman year. Rarely though, has that hard work resulted in personal point totals. I'm hoping that maybe as a senior he's figured something out. Maybe that something is he's figured out what it takes to put the puck in the net. He doesn't have the most talent, but maybe his experience has turned on a light bulb. If we can get consistent scoring out of Lucia, we should see a very improved Gopher hockey team from the first 2 weekends. My fingers are crossed.Congrats to Tony. It's nice to see his hard work pay off.
