.......we'll be battling Illinois for the title of worst team in the Big Ten.

Lost at home (after a bye, and extra week of prep) to a team on their third string QB. A team that was rolled by UCF (who, actually look decent, but haven't played any noteworthy teams).

Squandered a very winnable game against (a much improved) Purdue team

They look like ****. Fleck took over a WMU team that was 4-8 the previous year and only won a single game. He inherited a NINE win team here.....and has turned it into a dumpster fire.

Fortunately.....a few of my other teams are doing well. Washington has a shot to make the playoffs are Georgia Tech is solid. Fun to see NC State make some noise in the ACC too.

Did you forget about Rutgers?

I think someone posted this last night, but I'm going to agree with them here R.E.L.A.X. We're going to be just fine.

It's pretty evident that Fleck has no idea what he's doing, but we hired him for his ability to adapt.
He adapted at Western Michigan, he'll adapt here as well.
Am I happy that I get to watch him dumpster fire of a team for the next few months? Not really.

Do I think that we're going to improve every week? Yes.

I think we have a chance against a few teams coming up.
We have a good chance to beat Michigan State this week assuming Fleck gets any kind of acceptable gameplan in place (which he hasn't yet, but it seems to be improving).

Then we get Winfield and McGhee back and maybe we're on a better track going forward.

Fleck and his coordinators have ****ed up the last two games, that doesn't mean they're going to **** up the season.

Nah Rutgers and Illinois are way worse. Nebraska probably is too. I would still be quite surprised if they don't get at least 2 more wins (Illinois and someone else like Nebraska) and make a bowl at 5-7 (yay academics) or 6-6.
