I've got a group of Gopher fan friends coming up from Chicago for the USC game. It's their first visit to TCF Bank Stadium, and we want to set them up right.
So, I'm looking for a parking pass in one of the tailgate lots near the stadium. Norstar lot would be ideal, but really just want to be in view of the stadium.
