There has been several inquiries about where great seats are in the Stadium. The best kept secret is Section 243. Here's why:

1. Very loud but not overly wild group. Average age - 40ish. Most have had season tickets for 10+ years. They've endured the good, bad and mediocre of Gopher Football.

2. These people know their Gopher football - even the women. Try striking up a conversation about one of the players and they'll all know a little something of interest in nearly each one.

3. Bitter enders? Yes.

4. Very enthusiastic group at the top of the section (I believe they are Gopher holers). These guys yell at the top of their lungs the entire game. It makes for a great experience.

5. Wind - you're pretty well out of it in Section 243.

6. Shaded - good and bad, but you don't have to squint to see.

7. Good view of the scoreboard.

-Even if I were offered premium seats, I'm a 243 lifer.

I'm basically right across the stadium from you, in 208. Can't complain at all about my seats either. Not as good a view of the scoreboard, but I do like being in the sun. Honestly though, I don't really think there's a bad seat in the entire stadium (except maybe if you get stuck next to a BADger fan).

You know what you're talking about. I think it's a little breezy in the middle of the section. Best bitters I've had were in Welsh beer, any tap beer, any pub, any town, Wales, U.K. Most bitter was essentially any game under Mason at the Dome.

Most people aren't going to get your wit. I do. :D

I took your advice and picked up two seats in 243 row 24.

Good choice!

You will get to see GoldinDirt leading the crowd (a few rows ahead of you) and get to hear Gopher in La Crosse's (a few rows behind you) outspoken commentary on the game. These guys add to the game experience.

Welcome to Section 243.

I will look forward to it for years to come. Thanks!

243 is awesome. My dad/brother/myself share two tickets in the last row. At least part of that enthusiasm is from us.

Never leave the section....

...and bottle that enthusiasm. You guys could make millions selling it.

If you miss a game, the Rescooter's have got your back.
