So much young talent and speed on the defensive side of the ball - the likes we haven't seen in many many years around these parts. Add future Butkus Award winner and 1st round NFL draft pick Brandon Beal and next year could be '85 Bears-ish. Hageman reminds me of Jared Allen.

Yes, I agree. Brewster will take us to the top next year due to:

1. the Buddy Ryanesque defense he has assembled

2. The tremendous patch lush of green Rose Bowl turf he planted in the football complex

I wonder if Mark Dantonio thought of that one. Probably not.
