Honestly. I had a mid-term last night and got back to my car at the ramp by the Carlson building when there was a minute and a half to go. I drove from campus all the way back home to the northwest corner of Blaine and was able to catch the last inbound pass by Indiana. That's ridiculous.

How did you do on your mid-term?

i was watching while on the treadmill at the gym...have some major chafe going today.

Well when you got Sheehey floppin for elbow calls and stuff like that, it adds up haha

My poor 9 year old daughter was waiting to watch Austin and Ally at 8 pm. I kept telling her there was just a minute left. I ended up letting her stay up late on a school night to watch Gravity Falls and Victorious. I'm such a great dad.

We put our 3 yr old to bed w/ 10 min to go. I went in w/ 2 min. to go and he was still up. I told him I will come and tell him if they win. By the time I got back in there he was fast asleep.

I was driving around doing errands while listening to the game on the radio and following it on my phone. They hit the under 4 media time out with about 3:30 remaining and I was about 10 minutes from home. I was driving past Joe Sensors in Bloomington so I figured I would stop in for a quick beer and watch the end of the game there because I didn't think I would get home in time. It turns out that I could have made it home with time to spare.

But it was definitely more fun watching the ending in a sports bar with a crowd.

We dropped our son off at swim lessons last night, and we were sitting out in the car listening to the game on the radio. I remember there was 2:27 left in the game when I ran in at 7:56 to pick him up, get him changed, and herd him back out to the car. I was rushing because I was hoping against hope to make it back out to the car to catch the end of the game - all the while destroying my phone battery by hitting refresh on the ESPN GameCast every 5 seconds. As it turned out, we made it back out to the car about 8:06 (10 minutes later) and only about a minute of game time had elapsed. We actually made it home (about a 12-13 minute drive) before the game was over. By my estimation, the last 2:30 of game time took approximately a half-hour in real time.

I was painting sets for a play at the Temple of Aaron, and following the game on ScoreCenter. The son of another set painter was at the game. She texted him to be careful, we don't want a call from Boynton.

I watched the replay at 11:15 on BTN2Go.

I always like to have a few adult beverages while watching big games like this. I remember late in the game thinking to myself, "man I really have to pee". But there was only a few minutes left in the game and I was really anxious and excited so I didn't want to take the chance of missing anything. I figured I could hold it for 5 minutes. I got so distracted with the exciting finish that by the time the game was over and they switched it to the Florida-TN game, I thought I was going to wet myself. Luckily I made it to the little boy's room.

I think you are about right on. I believe that from the point the Gophers took a 7 point lead for the first time (which I think was about 2:30 left in the game) to the final horn was almost exactly a half hour of real time. It was actually kind of reminiscent of the end of the game last year in Bloomington where the last few minutes took forever as Indiana almost came back on the Gophers. Probably not great for a lot of Gopher fans life expectancy to be on the edge of their seats for that long!
