What sections will have the most Gopher fans? We may be buying three but not through the NU or MN ticket office.

I think sections 101, 102, 103 are the visitors sections but I plan to go stubhub and buy whatever's cheap for that one. Should be able to get in the door for <$15.

Looks about right. StubHub has tickets for $4.99 as of now in the endzone: http://www.stubhub.com/northwestern-football-tickets/northwestern-vs-minnesota-11-19-2011-1026841/

Nothing in 101/102/103 though yet. I would guess that if you look closer to the game day you should be able to find tickets close to those sections. But really, what you could do is just buy a $5 ticket and move over to the Gopher section once the game starts/after the first quarter. There's almost no way we sell our full allotment since both teams promise to be pretty bad in the standings by that point.

Thanks 07. Actually, I enjoy the endzone seats as I sat there for years in the damn dome.

That's my plan, though I'll likely just buy them outside Ryan Field for the same price and save a couple bucks on the fees.

Is there a specific place around the stadium that they are sold? I'll be there with 5-6 people and we will probably wait until gameday to get the cheapest tickets available. I don't remember seeing too many scalpers around the stadium but it was after a night out in Chicago and a few hours at the Goal Line Club tailgate.

I'd imagine your best luck would be between the Purple Line and the stadium, along Central St. I was there for the Michigan game and there were plenty of people selling on that street (granted, it was the Michigan game, so there was a much higher demand).

I'll be there in the endzone with 5 other friends. Got our tickets off of stubhub and they have already arrived so we are ready to go! Anyone planning a gopherhole get together in Evanston?

There probably won't be many sellers outside the stadium because, frankly, there won't be many fans inside the stadium. You think we have an apathetic fan base? Try Northwestern in a down year. I would recommend buying the cheapest seats you can find on StubHub and then sit wherever you want. I'd be shocked if you weren't able to settle in at the 40-yard-line for $15 or less.

I will be in section 108, row 59 with a friend who works for the Big Ten. I think these are still in the Gopher section.
