"Little Shaq" Boga?

A new name I recently heard, are the Gophers interested in Shaquille Boga? He's from Missouri, and I think he's a PG who has verballed to Milwaukee. My apologies if his name has come up before.

His name did come up once before.. I think he was more of a backup plan if we didnt land Hollins. From the video provided he wasnt all that impressive and a little thin. I would think we are done for next year and if not we would be looking for a wing or a 4.

I think he's solid to UWM. They were on him early. His brother (Lonnie) will be a sophomore there this year.

Plays for McCluer and the St. Louis Eagles.. heard Tubby visited his school just before he committed to UW-Shoreview (a couple of weeks ago).

No, they are looking to add a true PG to the 2011 class to replace Nolen. If that doesn't happen, it will be just Coleman and Hollins, both of which are more accustomed to playing the 2.

You may be right Gopherfan3, but I have read quotes directly from Hollins that Tubby recruited him as a point guard. I realize Hollins played the shooting guard last year, but is going to play point guard his senior year of high school. I would be surprised if Tubby would recruit another point guard in this class over Hollins.
