List of Hammock Gopher recruits

Thought I'd post one more thread on Hammock because dpodoll68 loves them so much.

Here's a serious question though and excuse my lack of knowledge on who recruited who, does anyone have a list of which players Hammock recruited on the current team and in the recent past, in other words which current team members were recruited by Hammock and are they considered that much better recruits than what other's on the staff (obviously both Brewster's and Kill's) have brought in?

Just wondering if the evidence supports that Hammock was really the cat's meow as a recruiter.

Those are the ones listed on rivals. He won alot of recruiting battles and had alot of highly touted kids interested which is more than we'd seen around here before.

If those lists are accurate then good riddance. Not only have our RB's sucked while he was here but he hasn't even come close to being the recruiting genius some think he is. Losing Hammock is a non-story as far as I'm concerned. The guy is average at everything he does.

What does this prove? Kinda like somebody providing a list of the hot girls they been turned down by. Most of the recruits had no interest at all. When you actually look at the list players whose commitments he secured, it is not as impressive as the lore of being a great recruitor.

How quickly we have forgotten Thomas Hamner, Tellis Redmon, Amir Pinnix, Thomas Tapeh, Marion Barber III, Gary Russell, and Laurence Maroney.

I agree w your main point about a list of recruits that said no thanks to hammock/the u doesn't really prove anything.

But if you want to post a list of girls that don't want to sleep w you I'll be more than happy to post it in case someone wants to peruse through it for whatever reason they might have.
