Lindsey to Smith was the second freshman-to-freshman TD pass in OT of a bowl/playoff game in FBS history.The other was from Bama in 2018.

Interesting stat. Hopefully both our guys end up being as good as those two did 
Lindsey to Smith has potential to be a great combo going forward. Hopefully Jalen Smith really blows up next year and becomes a true #1 WR for us. Kid has shown flashes of being really really good.
