Hey! It's 9:00 AM already and no one has seen an airplane? No one has spoken to a janitor? Let's get busy out there!
 

I already checked Golden Triangle Airport (Starkville, MS) and there were no scheduled flights to or from Minneapolis :)
 

I'd be pretty alright with not going through another coaching search in the foreseeable future. This is exhausting.
 

I know - I'm actually having to do work at work. The horror!
 

Working at Maroon lot all day today: so far no noticeable media setting up shop or anything like that. :)

Hopefully a little weather doesn't slow down anyone's communication and/or transportation to keep a future hall of famer out of here!

Actually today is a beautiful Minnesota day! Perfect for outdoor football!

Maybe he's riding a Greyhound bus? That way he can work the phones to assemble a staff and do some recruiting.
 

I spent all day yesterday getting facebook and twitter set up and now everything is at a snails pace :) I will need help with this addiction once a hire is made. Then I will be waiting for the first recruit to solidify their commitment.

No doubt. I'm about ready to check out and just wait for the official announcement. The twists and turns and cryptic clues that may or may not mean anything are reminding me of a bad suspense novel.
 




It seems like his is taking forever but in reality most people expected an announcement either this week or the beginning of next week so it's not like they are dragging their feet on hiring someone. But it kind of reminds me of being a kid around Christmas, just have to keep checking under the tree.

I find myself checking gopherhole even more today than yesterday. There doesn't seem to be much happening in the rumor department at the moment so I have myself convinced that it means there will be a major announcement sometime today.
