They have a bit of a chance to go undefeated in conference play. They pounded 2nd place UCSB at UCSB on Saturday by about 20. I would assume that would be enough for an NCAA bid regardless of the conference tourney, considering their wins at Pitt and vs. Xavier.

That Pitt win isn't looking that impressive. The Beach looked really good on Sat nite, big road win.
Sidenote, Jalen Rose is perhaps the worst color analyst I've ever heard.

X is LBSU's only top-100 win right now
It sure wouldn't hurt LBSU if Xavier regains its form and solidifies itself as a NCAA quality squad. As of today, the X (#44) is Long Beach State's one and only top-100 win. That's not a good number.
It'll be very important for the Beach to win its Bracket Buster game. Clearly they're going to get one of the better opponents, and it's going to be on the road so a win would help their RPI even more.
