Last 2 minutes

My thoughts may be off here but after seeing Webers hands in the air waiting for a decision from the sideline would it be better just to let Weber handle the last minutes under these circumstances and call his own plays. I think so.

Gagliardi at St. John's lets his QBs call the entire game! Yesterday, the last two minutes was a Chinese fire drill, plus Weber threw bad passes at the end of it.
