per KSTP:

Gophers coach Richard Pitino met the Monday afternoon, and KSTP Sports was there. The Gophers, who have lost eight of their last nine games, host Nebraska on Tuesday night.

It's the Gophers first home game in two weeks, and just their third in the last month.

The Gophers (14-11, 3-9) lost in December to the Cornhuskers, 78-68.

Pitino said wing Amir Coffey (shoulder) remains day-to-day. However, KSTP's Darren 'Doogie' Wolfson hears that Coffey isn't expected to play.

Pitino also talked at length about being at the Super Bowl at U.S. Bank Stadium. His wife, Jill, is a big Patriots fan.

Go Gophers!!

So just 3 of our last 9 games have been at home since Lynch/Coffey went out?

And just 2 of our last 8?

Yeah, why would our depleted roster ever get tired and lose 2nd half leads?
