Waconia native and former Gopher Maxx Williams is loving life with the Arizona Cardinals. He signed a contract extension in November, keeping him locked in for two more years with one of the up-and-coming teams in the league.
Our Darren 'Doogie' Wolfson caught up with Williams, and they talked about his situation with the Cardinals, having Kyler Murray, Larry Fitzgerald Jr., and DeAndre Hopkins as teammates, the success of the Gophers, and more.
The 26-year old Williams entered the league with Baltimore as a second-round selection (55th overall) in the 2015 NFL Draft out of the University of Minnesota.
