CU press release headline says jersey retirement. First paragraph mention their numbers.

Jersey retirement and Number retirement are completely different things.

All the chyrons I see on TV say jersey retirement but all their commentary is number retirement.
 


The whole cult of Deon is so off to me. When put in perspective to the 90s Dan McCarney teams, this looks so bad.

Hunter being a great two way player is a different story, but this Sanders mess shits all over what he has done.

If I were a Colorado fan trying to see the momentum build I can see the appeal, but no.
