I'm far from an expert on the Apron rules and restrictions but it appears PHO could remove minimal Cap hits to make the deal. Durant is set to make $54.7M next year and KAT is at $53.4M so it can be done without much fuss.

I'm not sure about the Knicks but PHO would do that deal in a heartbeat to reunite KAT and Booker.

Unless Dolan feels like he has Jay Wright in his hip pocket to reunite with his Villanova dudes, this feels like a pretty stupid move.
