Early on in fall camp, it looks like the Gophers' linebacker corps will be a strength of the team this season.
Since arriving on campus, junior Kamal Martin has successfully made the transition from high school quarterback to linebacker.
"I think he's having one of the best camps of anybody," Gophers Head Coach P.J. Fleck said on Tuesday. "He's one of the hardest working guys we have in the offseason and he plays multiple positions now."
Martin had 42 tackles as a sophomore.
