This is what kind of people Kill will bring. He likes intensity and guys that play with a mean streak on D. He recruits JuCo kids out of this league quite a bit. I wouldn't doubt it if he brought a RB from this league as well.. name is Jasmin Hopkins. He would be a change of pace back similar to LMJ from Oregon. Eskridge and Bennett would graduate, then you would have Kirkwood and Hopkins, who would complement each other perfectly.
 

After looking at FBT's depth chart, we desperately need a JC safety or two. This is good news.
 



There is always a question of how it will translate to the next level, but this kid can friggin hit.
 


He appears fast and he likes the big time hits. Who doesn't? But it also looked like when he got his hands on somebody they never got much more positive yardage.

Did you not watch the video? The guy is absolutely laying wood. He is playing with fire and intensity in front of about 100 kansas juco fans. This video either tells me he is under the radar (which i doubt based on the league) or he has fundamental issues in his coverage... get what I'm saying or do you want to continue to be a smartass?
 






Me likey. This guy is not afraid to come up and make a tackle. The complete opposite of Big Play Traye.
 

Many of the school and I know for sure Kansas are recruiting him as a OLB.
 


Just a comment about an above post by BucktheFadgers, Hopkins was already recruited by Kill, but to NIU last year. He played for the team this year.. and fumbled against Minnesota actually, which is why you didn't see much of him that game. I imagine you're thinking of the wrong guy.

His scout profile says that he runs a 4.37 (and I am almost 100% certain that isn't true, but he must be able to move a bit).

However, it also says that he plays OLB.
