Favorite moment at today's IDS pepfest was when Coach Kill talked about watching a pickup basketball game in the Bierman Building. "I saw one of the guys was wearing a Wisconsin hat. That just wasn't right. So I went down to our equipment room and got a Gopher hat. I walked right out onto the count and told him that he was in our house. I told him to take that Wisconsin hat off and put on the Gopher hat. Then I told him to leave it on 'cuz I'd be watching. We want to keep that Wisconsin red out of our house. We need to defend our house."
The crowd loved that one as about 1,500 fans roared their approval.
