Kill and NFL Player success

This guy has put some pretty damn good players into the NFL, Brandon Jacobs, Doug Free, and Larry English, and one more who I'm not sure of the name. Seems to me those players are better than what we've been putting into the NFL, and at a smaller school, maybe he's not such a bad coach after all.

And for what it's worth, my brother is a Chemistry professor at Southern Illinois (U of M undergrad) and Coach Kill was universally loved by everyone down there while he was in charge of the Salukies.

He has a reputation for loving his guys...and little patience for anybody who expresses a difference in opinion. not a rare trait, but let's hold off on the Canonization.
 

Not trying to make it seem like he's God, just pointing out that he is successful and respected.

How exactly did Kill put Doug Free in the NFL?
 

We will not have any positivity about this hire. This is the gopherhole where negativity and pessimism live.
