I get what they are trying to do by kicking it to one side which essentially eliminates half the field if the other team returns it. But it appears they are asking Carpenter to kick it so close to the sideline. Even the best kickers in the world are going to kick it out of bounds a bunch. Kick it to that side, but at least give him a chance. This has cost us a lot of yardage this season.
